Gorgeous Girls In Supply Chain: Serena Kanline
Welcome to our series celebrating the incredible women in Supply Chain and Logistics! In a traditionally male-dominated field, it's important to shine a light on the inspiring women who are making a significant impact. Through a mix of insightful and fun questions, we’ll explore their journeys, challenges, and successes. While we acknowledge the contributions of everyone in this industry, this series aims to elevate the voices and stories of women who often get missed. Serena Kanline is our next feature.
SERENA KANLINE
Serena and I found each other after she posted a photo of herself on LinkedIn, and, of course, people had opinions they just had to share. Because heaven forbid a woman in this industry show her face. I’d never seen comments like that on the men’s poorly lit airplane selfies, so naturally I jumped into the comments to tell people how stupid they sounded. She DMed me, and the rest is history, fast friends ever since.
Serena may be newer to the logistics world, but she already gets it: relationships and paying carriers fairly are the pillars of a strong book. Between posting photos of her rogue ducks and chaotic ferret, she’s out here booking flatbeds for some very happy customers. She’s hilarious, grounded, and knows when to get down to business, just don’t get on her bad side, because she loves a good murder doc.
